Internationales Stipendium Künstlerhaus Speyer
Seit 1987 wird in den Sommermonaten ein ausländischer Künstler für drei Monate in das Künstlerhaus eingeladen und in dieser Zeit auch von den Mitgliedern kollegial unterstützt. Dieses Stipendium wird seit über 30 Jahren vom Künstlerbund organisiert und von der Stadt Speyer finanziert. Neben Künstlern aus den Partnerstädten Chartres, Ravenna, Kursk, Gniezno, Ningde und Yavne waren Stipendiaten aus Frankreich, Japan, Polen, Spanien, Griechenland, Estland, Lettland, Österreich, Südkorea, Peru, Portugal, Georgien, USA , Ruanda, China, England und die Schweiz eingeladen.
Bewerbung zum Stipendium „Künstlerhaus Speyer“
Zeit: 3 Monate von Mai / Juni bis Ende August / September
Altersgrenze: unbegrenzt
Voraussetzungen: Das Stipendium wird an Bewerber vergeben, deren Arbeit als eigenständiger Beitrag zur zeitgenössischen Kunst zu werten ist. (Malerei / Grafik / Skulptur / Installation / Fotografie / Neue Medien / etc.)
Das Stipendium ist ein Anwesenheitsstipendium.
Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
Am Ende des Stipendiums findet in der Regel eine Ausstellung im Künstlerhaus statt.
Höhe des Stipendiums: 900.- € pro Monat, bei freier Wohnung und Atelier im Künstlerhaus. Materialkosten- und Ausstellungszuschuss sind inclusive.
Bewerbung: jeweils bis zum 1. November (bzw. vor der Jahresmitgliederversammlung) des Vorjahres mit aussagekräftigen Unterlagen über die bisherige künstlerische Arbeit.

Bourse internationale à la maison d’artistes de Spire
Depuis 1987, pendant les mois d’été, un artiste étranger est invité à la maison d’artistes (Künstlerhaus) pour trois mois et est également soutenu collégialement par les membres pendant cette période. Depuis plus de 30 ans, cette bourse est organisée par l’association d’artistes (Künstlerbund) et financée par la ville de Spire (Speyer). Des artistes des villes jumelées de Chartres, Ravenne, Koursk, Gniezno, Ningde et Yavne étaient invitée ainsi que des boursiers de la France, du Japon, de la Pologne, de l’Espagne, de la Grèce, de l’Estonie, de la Lettonie, de l’Autriche, de la Corée du Sud, du Pérou, du Portugal, de la Géorgie, des États-Unis, du Rwanda, de la Chine, de l’Angleterre et de la Suisse.
Bourse d’application « maison d’artistes « („Künstlerhaus Speyer“)
Durée: 3 mois, de mai / juin à fin août /septembre
Limite d’âge: illimité
Exigences: La bourse est attribuée aux candidats dont le travail doit être considéré comme une contribution indépendante à l’art contemporain. (Peinture / graphique / sculpture / installation / photographie / nouveaux médias / etc.)
La bourse est une bourse de présence.
Des compétences en allemand sont souhaitées.
Généralement, une exposition aura lieu à la Künstlerhaus à la fin de la bourse.
Montant de la bourse: 900.- € par mois, avec appartement et studio gratuits dans la Künstlerhaus. Les coûts pour le matériel et pour l’exposition son inclus dans ce montant.
Application: dans tous les cas jusqu’au 1er novembre (ou avant l’assemblée générale annuelle) de l’année précédente avec des documents significatifs documentant le travail artistique précédent.

International Scholarship at the artists’ house Spire
Since 1987, each year during 3 months of summer, a foreign artist has been invited to the artists‘ house (Künstlerhaus) to reside and create artwork while receiving collegially support of the “Künstlerbund” – members. This scholarship is organised by the artists‘ association (Künstlerbund) and funded by the city Speyer for more than 30 years by now. Among artists from the twin towns Chartres, Ravenna, Kursk, Gniezno, Ningde and Yavne, further participants had been scholarship holders from France, Japan, Poland, Spain, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Austria, South Korea, Peru, Portugal, Georgia, Georgia, USA, Rwanda, China, Great Britain and Switzerland.
„Künstlerhaus Speyer“ application grant
Term: 3 months, from May / June to end of August / September
Age limit: unlimited
Conditions: The scholarship is awarded to candidates whose work should be considered as an independent contribution to contemporary art. (Painting / graphic / sculpture / installation / photography / new media / etc.)
The scholarship is a presence scholarship.
Skills of the German language are appreciated.
At the end of the scholarship an exhibition at the Künstlerhaus is to be set.
Amount of the scholarship: 900.- € per month, with free apartment and studio at the Künstlerhaus. Material cost and exhibition subsidy is included in this amount.
Application: Until November 1st (or before the annual general meeting) of the previous year relevant documents shall be submitted, demonstrating the present artwork.
